Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to Ascension Funding websites, dashboards, evaluation programs, and related services.

Last updated: June 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation, accessing our dashboard, or otherwise using services offered by Ascension Funding ("Ascension," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Limitation of Liability, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter a binding contract. You represent that you are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Description of services

Ascension Funding provides trader evaluation programs, account dashboards, payout processing workflows, affiliate tools, and related technology services. Trading activity occurs through third-party execution and market-data platforms (including Rithmic and supported front-end platforms such as TradeSea), not through Ascension as a broker or exchange.

Ascension is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or bank. We do not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on our site or dashboard is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Program rules—including profit targets, drawdown limits, position limits, payout caps, and eligibility requirements—are described on our pricing pages, FAQ, and in your account dashboard. Those rules are incorporated into these terms by reference and may vary by product line (for example, Ascended vs Pro).

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@ascensionfunding.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each trader account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share, or permit another person to trade on your credentials except as we expressly allow in writing.

5. Fees, payments, and refunds

Evaluation and related fees are displayed at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees are one-time charges for access to an evaluation program and are non-refundable once provisioning begins or credentials are issued, including when an account is breached, inactive, or closed for rule violations.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

6. Trading rules and enforcement

You agree to trade within the published rules for your plan. Risk limits are configured on our execution infrastructure and enforced in real time by third-party risk systems (including Rithmic RMS). Breaches may result in immediate restriction, closure, or disqualification without refund.

Our dashboard reflects account status synced from third-party systems and is provided for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy between the dashboard and the execution platform's official records, the execution platform controls for trading and risk purposes.

  • No exploitative, manipulative, or prohibited trading practices
  • No use of latency arbitrage, external data feeds, or automation not permitted by your agreement
  • No coordinated trading across multiple identities to circumvent limits
  • Compliance with applicable exchange, clearing, and platform rules

7. Funded accounts and payouts

Passing an evaluation does not guarantee a funded account or any particular payout amount. Funded status, profit splits, payout frequency, and withdrawal limits are subject to continued compliance with program rules and any additional funded agreement we provide.

Payout requests are reviewed according to our published process. Funded trader withdrawals may be processed through third-party payout partners (such as Rise). We may delay, adjust, or deny payouts if we detect rule violations, fraud, chargebacks, incomplete identity verification, or errors in account data.

8. Affiliate program

If you participate in our affiliate program, you must comply with separate affiliate guidelines we provide, including truthful marketing and required disclosures. Commissions are earned only on qualifying, non-fraudulent referrals as defined in our affiliate materials.

9. Intellectual property

Our websites, branding, software, and content are owned by Ascension or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our services for personal trading program participation. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell our services without written permission.

10. Third-party services

Your use of Rithmic, supported trading platforms, payment processors, and other third-party services is subject to their terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages, data delays, or actions taken by third parties, though we work to keep integrations reliable.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free software, or profitable trading outcomes.

12. Limitation of liability

Disclaimer of warranties and caps on liability are set out in our Limitation of Liability policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascension and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us for the specific evaluation or program giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ascension from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your trading activity, violation of these terms, violation of law, or misuse of our services.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for rule violations, suspected fraud, non-payment, legal requirements, or operational reasons. You may stop using our services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@ascensionfunding.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue remedies in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
