1. Overview
Refunds are governed by this Refund Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By purchasing any product or service from Ascension Funding ("Ascension," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms below.
This policy applies to evaluation fees, resets, and other one-time purchases made through our website, dashboard, or authorized payment partners.
2. Service considered rendered
Upon the purchase of any evaluation program, dashboard access, or related service, Ascension considers the service rendered in full upon granting access to our trading tools, programs, and account provisioning workflow.
Upon the purchase of an order or other service rendered by us through the website, software, and/or services, you acknowledge that we will provide availability and access to the applicable service requested. Your participation in, or failure to use, such purchased service does not entitle you to a refund.
3. No refund after use or trading
You agree that at any point that you purchase an account and begin trading, whether simulated or otherwise, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid to Ascension.
In the event of account violations, rule breaches, or disqualifications as outlined in our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure, you are not eligible for a refund of any fees paid.
Failure to pass an evaluation, dissatisfaction with trading results, or closure due to drawdown or daily loss limits does not entitle you to a refund.
4. Termination without refund
If you engage in prohibited conduct under our Terms of Service, we may remove violating transactions from your history, cancel access to the website, software, and/or services, and terminate your account. Ascension may terminate your access without any compensation or refunds.
Ascension is not responsible for trading or other investment activities performed by you in connection with third-party platforms, except as expressly agreed in a supplemental written agreement.
5. Exceptional circumstances
Ascension, at its sole discretion, may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances—for example, where an account was purchased but never provisioned and no trading access was used. Approval is never guaranteed.
Contact support@ascensionfunding.com with your order ID and account email. We may require additional verification before acting on a request.
6. Payments, pricing, and third-party processors
Upon placing an order, you agree to pay the purchase price shown at checkout. Ascension and its payment partners may use third-party processors to process payments. Your purchase may be subject to additional terms imposed by those processors.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—including after an order has been submitted and whether or not payment has been charged. If your payment method has been charged in error, we will issue an appropriate credit within a reasonable time.
Service charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any tax obligations connected with your use of our services under applicable law.
If you are directed to a third-party website to complete payment, that purchase is governed by the third party's terms. We are not responsible for information you provide to third parties or for their use of that information.
7. Resets and add-on purchases
Reset or add-on fees for evaluation accounts are separate purchases subject to this Refund Policy. Once a reset is applied or add-on access is granted, those fees are non-refundable.
8. Promotions, credits, and rewards
Promotional credits, rewards, or incentives offered by Ascension have no cash value unless we state otherwise in writing. Any redemption of a reward is final and non-refundable. Promo codes are single-use unless expressly stated and may not be sold, transferred, or commercially exploited.
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of all accounts and permanent restriction from our services.
