This Privacy Policy describes our practices when you visit ascensionfunding.com (and related subdomains), create an account, purchase an evaluation, use the trader or affiliate dashboard, or contact support (collectively, the "Services").
This policy does not cover third-party websites, trading platforms, or payment pages that we link to or that process data under their own policies.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, and limited technical data from your device.
- Account and identity data: name, email address, login identifiers, and authentication tokens managed through Amazon Cognito
- Program data: evaluation purchases, account status, plan tier, payout requests, and affiliate application details
- Trading-related data synced from execution infrastructure: account identifiers, balances, P&L snapshots, fill history, and rule-status indicators displayed in your dashboard
- Payment metadata: order references and payment status from our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications: support emails and messages you send us
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and approximate usage analytics
3. How we use information
We use personal information to operate and improve the Services, including to:
- Create and secure your account
- Provision and monitor evaluation and funded programs
- Display dashboard metrics and process payout workflows

6. Data retention
